How to access MoveMe

The easiest way to sign up is to ask your solicitor or conveyancer to enrol you onto the platform. It only takes a few minutes, and you will receive your login details via email. Alternatively, we can contact your conveyancer on your behalf, so that they can reach out to you with details about signing up for MoveMe - simply click the button below.

MoveMe incurs a small, one-off fee which grants you access up until your completion date. It is invoiced by your solicitor or conveyance as part of their final fees invoice.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long is a MoveMe subscription valid for? 

A MoveMe subscription is valid for the entire period that the property transaction is being handled by your conveyancer.  If the chain collapses and you have to start a new buying or selling process, you may need to renew your subscription for the new chain.

Do I need a subscription for every property sale I am involved with?  

The properties that you are buying and selling can be on the same MoveMe account – make sure that you are being invited to the service on the same email account.

Your conveyancer will be making a separate charge for each property you buy and sell, in a manner similar to the payment of legal fees for each respective transaction. However, for your convenience, your sale and purchase transactions will be linked, so you can access MoveMe and all your current property transactions in it, via a single email account. 

How do I access MoveMe if my conveyancer is unaware of the solution?   

You can ask your Estate Agent or your Conveyancer to send an email to us at hello@viewmychain.com. This will allow us to grant them access to invite you to the MoveMe subscription.

Will I be able to see the sales progression of all the properties in my chain?   

MoveMe will let you see: for yours and the immediately adjacent property in the chain: you will see detailed status updates (for example Searches Ordered) for each phase of the progression journey. 

For the rest of the properties in your chain: you will see progress, indicated by a colour change, of each one by key stage of the sales progression journey (for example Searches, Funding, etc.) but no further detail.

Is the platform Mac compatible?    

MoveMe runs in your browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox etc.) and therefore the device through which you access it does not have an impact on what you will see.
